大学生毕业论文剽窃现象的调查研究——以英语专业本科生为例  

A Study on the Perceptions of Plagiarism by College Students in Writing Undergraduation Papers——Taking Undergraduate Students of English Majors as an Example

摘　　要：采用问卷调查和访谈相结合的方法,通过定量与定性分析,探究英语专业本科生关于毕业论文剽窃行为的认知及原因。研究结果显示:除直接复制原有著作和直接提交他人作品行为外,英语专业本科生对具体的毕业论文剽窃行为观念模糊;英语专业本科学生对毕业论文剽窃行为总体观念较为矛盾,一方面具有强烈的公平和诚信意识,另一方面又接受论文剽窃这一行为。Collecting data through the questionnaires and interviews with the qualitative and quantitative study,the paper examines English majors'perceptions of plagiarism and their causes.Results revealed that:1)English majors have vague perceptions of the details of plagiarism about graduation dissertation writing except“Copying from a written source and Turning in someone else's work”;2)English majors have contradictory perception of plagiarism in general.On the one side,they have a strong awareness of fairness and honesty,but they accept the behavior of plagiarism on the other side;3)the plagiarism by English majors is not a simple individual behavior,and its causes range from aspects of institutions,instructors and so on.
