摘  要:设计合成Al^(3+)荧光探针L(2-((E)-((2-(((E)-(4-硝基苯基)二氮烯基)苯基)氨基)乙基)亚氨基)甲基喹啉-8-醇),并利用元素分析、核磁、质谱等方法对探针结构进行表征。该探针在溶液中本身荧光很弱,但Al3+结合后荧光显著增强。由此,建立了一种测定Al^(3+)的新方法。该方法对Al^(3+)测定的线性范围为1×10^(-8)~1.4×10^(-6) mol/L,检出限为5.8×10^(-9) mol/L,相对标准偏差为5.89%,回收率在96.5%~105.9%之间,具有选择性好、灵敏度高、线性范围宽、操作简单等优点。A novel fluorescent probe L(2-((E)-((2-((4-((E)-(4-nitrophenyl)diazenyl)phenyl)amino)ethyl)imino)methyl)quinolin-8-ol)for detecting Al3+was designed and synthesized.The structure was fully characterized by elemental analyses,1H-nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and electron ionization-mass spectrometry(EI-MS).The fluorescence intensity of the probe was very weak in solution,but it increased obviously after binding with Al3+.Thus,a new method for the determination of Al3+was successfully established.It exhibited a dynamic response within the Al3+concentration range from1×10-8to1.4×10-6mol/L.The limit of detection(LOD)of the method was5.8×10-9mol/L.The recovery of the method was96.5%-105.9%and the precision expressed as relative standard deviation(RSD)was5.89%.The method showed the advantages of excellent selectivity,high sensitivity,wide linear range and simplicity.
