木薯乙醇清液制备过程中淀粉损失研究

摘  要:在实验室1 L三角瓶规模小试中,以普通棉纱布为过滤介质,手工压榨制取木薯乙醇清液,洗涤固体滤渣的水用于下批拌料,连续5批次,结果表明制取各清液过程中原料的淀粉损失率为3.91%;在1 m^3罐中试试验中,以(LW250×1 100)卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机制备木薯乙醇清液,结果表明制清液过程中淀粉损失率为5.9%。小试和中试木薯乙醇制取清液过程中淀粉损失率较高,现阶段实际生产中要大规模应用还存在困难。In1L flask lab tests,the cassava ethanol clear liquid was prepared by manual pressing with common cotton gauze(diameter50^m)as filter medium;wash water of solid filter cake was added to the next material;and5batches of materials were processed continuously.Results showed that the starch loss rate reached3.91%〇in the preparation process.In1m3pilot tests,a horizontal screw centrifuge(LW250x1100)was used to prepare cassava ethanol clear liquid,and the starch loss rate was5.9%.Results of lab tests and pilot tests showed that the starch loss rate in the preparation process of cassava ethanol clear liquid was high.Therefore,it is difficult to realize large-scale application in the practical production at present.
