摘　　要：以常州工程职业技术学院建筑工程技术专业为例,剖析现代学徒制中实践教学实施效果及影响因素,从培养方案、课程设置、资源建设、质量管理等方面探索相关举措,包括培养方案和课程设置、建设校企衔接的课程教学资源、改进教学组织模式、建设实践教学质量保障体系等。基于现代学徒制的人才培养模式是培养生产一线高技能高素质人才的有效方式。By taking Architectural Engineering Technology specialty of Changzhou Vocational Institute of Engineering as an example,the effect and influencing factors of practice teaching in modern apprenticeship are analyzed.The exploration on the relevant measures is carried out from the following aspects:training plan,curriculum setting,resource construction,quality management,etc.These measures include the training plan and curriculum setting,construction of universityenterprise convergence curriculum teaching resources,improvement of the teaching organization mode,construction of the practice teaching quality guarantee,etc.The talent training mode based on the modern apprenticeship system is an effective way to cultivate the talents with high skills and high quality for the forefront of production.
