论孔丘的教师基本条件思想对职业院校师德建设的指导作用

摘　　要：孔丘提出了作为教师应具备学而不厌、温故知新、诲人不倦、以身作则、爱护学生、教学相长等六个基本条件。根据职业教育的特征,这些条件对当今职业院校教师职业道德建设具有针对性的指导作用。职业院校教师应该结合孔丘的德育原则,通过提升自身修养达到教师的六个基本条件。Confucius put forward six basic conditions of becoming a teacher:studying tirelessly,gaining new insights through re?viewing old material,being tireless in teaching,teaching others by your example,taking good care of students and to teach being to learn.According to the characteristics of vocational education,the conditions have the targeted guidance for the construction of pres?ent vocational college teachers'professional ethics.Combining with Confucius'moral principles,vocational college teachers should achieve the six basic conditions through promoting their self-cultivation.
