摘 要:目的探讨小组合作学习模式在新入职护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2014年7月—2017年7月入职的新护士作为调查对象,随机抽取在湖南省两所综合性三甲医院护士120名分为两组。对照组60名采用传统的临床教学法;干预组60名采用合作学习法的培训模式。培训6个月后,比较两组护士专业理论与护理技能操作考试成绩。结果对照组与干预组新护士干预前总成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组干预后理论考试与技能考试成绩较干预前有明显的提高(P<0.05);干预组干预后的理论考试与技能考试成绩较干预前有显著提高(P<0.01)。结论在职新护士岗前培训中运用小组合作学习法培训,进一步强化了新护士的角色意识,提升了新护士的职业素养和工作竞争力。Objective To explore the application effect of group cooperative learning model in the standardized training of new nurses.Methods New nurses who were recruited from July2014to July2017were selected as the respondents,and the120nurses in the two comprehensive3A hospitals in Hu’nan province were randomly selected and were divided into two groups.60nurses in the control group were treated with traditional clinical teaching method.In the intervention group,60nurses were adopted by the cooperative learning method.After6months of training,the scores of the two groups of nurses'professional theory and nursing skills were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the control group and the intervention group(P>0.05);In the control group,there was a significant improvement(P<0.05);before the intervention of the theoretical test and skill test.The theoretical examination and skill test scores of the intervention group were significantly improved before intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion The training of group cooperative learning in the pre-job training of new nurses has further strengthened the role consciousness of new nurses and promoted the professional quality and competitiveness of new nurses.
