摘  要:教学技能是教师从教的基本职业素质之一,基础教育师资需求对师范生的教学技能水平要求越来越高.以培养数学师范生的教学技能为目的,顺应时代的发展需求,提出通过优化课程设置,开展视频案例法与微格教学法,加强教育实践等方法培养数学师范生的教学技能,为毕业后顺利入职教师岗位提供理论与实践的指导.Teaching skill is one of the basic professional qualities of teachers,the basic education teacher demand is higher and higher for the teaching skill level of normal students.To cultivate the teaching skills of mathematics normal students,comply with the development needs of the times,the teaching skills of mathematics normal students were developed by optimizing curriculum setting,carring out video case law and micro-teaching method,and strengthening education practice.Provides the guidance of theory and practice for the successful entry of teachersafter graduation.
