摘 要:职业教育校企合作办学主要有"股份制"、"联合制"、"混合制"三种形式。在校企"混合制"办学机制的四个主要因子中,长效合作机制是根基,运行管理机制是核心,人才培养质量保障机制是支柱,校企混合教育资源的合理配置是能源。非股份制的校企"混合制"办学,需要将学校的品牌价值、教学资源、技术资源、人力资源、研究基地和企业的品牌资产、生产资源、信息技术、专家资源、实习基地等十要素进行混合。武汉职业技术学院与都市丽人中国控股有限公司共建的都市丽人服装学院,探索了基于"混合制"双主体办学的"六共同"实践模式,解决了校企合作缺乏长效机制、人才培养管理难、教学内容与工作内容及要求对接难、现代学徒制人才培养考核难、人才资源利用效能难以最大化等问题。School-enterprise cooperation in vocational education is mainly in three forms:joint-stock system,joint system,and mixed system.Among the four major factors of the school-enterprise mixed system,the long-term cooper原ation mechanism is the foundation,the operation management mechanism is the core,and the quality assurance mecha原nism for personnel training is the pillar.The rational allocation of mixed education resources for schools and enterprises is energy.In non-shared school-enterprise mixed-use schools,ten elements such as the brand value of the school,teaching resources,technical resources,human resources,research bases and corporate brand assets,production re原sources,information technology,expert resources,and practice bases need to be implemented.The Urban Beauty Fash原ion Institute jointly established by Wuhan Polytechnic and Urban Beauty China Holdings Co.,Ltd.explores the“sixcommon”practice model based on the mixed-system“dual-subject”education,and it solves the problems such as lack of long-term mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation,difficulty in personnel training,difficulty in matching teach原ing content and work content and requirements,difficult appraisal of modern apprenticeship talents,and difficulty in maximizing the effectiveness of human resource utilization.
