摘　　要：翻转课堂是一种新型的教学组织形式,是课堂教学模式改革的探索和创新。研讨式教学是以解决问题为中心的教学方式。两者的有机结合对于培养学生积极主动学习,发展创造性思维,提高学生的综合素质具有重要作用。在微生物学教学中进行"翻转课堂"的研讨式教学研究,可以有效地突破课堂时空限制。通过文献查阅、提出问题、研究讨论、阐述答辩等环节,努力实现教学由"课程传授"向"知识内化"的转变,挖掘并实现课堂教学的无限可能。Flipped classroom is a new type of teaching organization form and is exploration and innovation in teaching mode reform. Discussion teaching is a teaching style of solving problem. The combination of the flipped classroom and discussion teaching is of great importance to train students' initiative, enthusiasm and creativity,improve students' ability to analyze problems and solve problems, and enhance students' comprehensive quality.Study of flipped classroom in microbiology may effectively break the classroom space time limit. The transformation of "curriculum imparting" to "knowledge internalization" was come true by reading literature review, asking questions, researching and discussing, stating and querying etc.
