摘  要:对深圳职业技术学院310名五年一贯制高职在校学生的学习状况进行抽样调查,分析导致学生学习动力不足的原因。研究发现,个人主观因素、学校的教育环境和家庭、社会环境对学生学习动力均具有显著影响;缺乏必要的职业体验和专业认知,自主管理能力偏弱,家长关注度低,导致学生学习目标不明确、导向性差和学习兴趣减弱,对学习动力造成负面影响;专业课程设置的合理性、教学质量和教学方式等影响学生的学习效果和学习体验。建议通过构建全员育人的良好环境、加强职业生涯规划和专业认知教育、合理构建专业课程体系、重视心理健康教育和综合素质培养等方式解决学生学习动力不足问题。A sample survey was conducted among 310 students in five-year vocational college in Shenzhen Polytechnic to explore causes of lack of learning motivation The result showed that individual,school,family and society environment are factors of affecting learning motivation.Being short of necessary occupation experience and professional knowledge,weak in self-management and lacking in parents’attention result in students’lack of learning target,learning interests and learning motivation.Rational professional curriculum set-up,teaching quality and teaching methods affect students’learning outcome and learning experience.It is suggested that we should solve the problem by building a good all-round educational environment,strengthening career planning and professional cognition education,rationally constructing professional curriculum system,and emphasizing mental health education and comprehensive quality training.
