摘  要:教师资格"国考"体现了实践性的价值取向,教师资格考试的笔试和面试均加大了实践能力考查的比例。"国考"对师范生教学能力有了更高的要求,目前,我校师范生实践能力培养存在诸多问题:训练系统不完善,对师范生从教能力缺乏整体规划;学生不重视教学技能训练,对教师资格证"国考"的难度认识不足;教育实习时间短,实习成效不高等。为提高师范生教学实践能力,适应教师资格"国考"的需要,应构建师范生教学能力结构、教学技能训练全程化的能力培养模式,具体措施:完善师范生教学能力结构,细化训练项目;调整课程结构,增设"国考"相关的实践性课程;探索多渠道训练途径和方法。The teacher qualification"national examination"embodies the practical value orientation,because of the increasing proportion of the practice ability in written examination and interview.This examination has a higher request to the students'teaching ability.At present,there are many problems in our school students’practice ability training:training system being not perfect,the lack of overall planning on teaching ability;Students paying less enough attention to the teaching skills training,and with insufficient cognition of the difficulty of the"national examination"of the teacher's qualification certificate;Education internship is short and the internship is not effective.To improve the students'teaching ability,we should adapt to the needs of teachers'qualification and build students'teaching ability structure,the whole course of teaching skill training ability training mode,specific measures as follows:improving the students'teaching ability structure,refining the training programs;adjusting the curriculum structure,adding practical courses related to the"national examination and exploring ways and means of multi-channel training.
