安徽终身教育学分银行建设的进展、困境与出路

摘　　要：学分银行已经成为终身教育领域的热点话题,国家、地方的研究与探索已经全面展开并陆续取得成果。安徽终身教育学分银行是以继续教育为重点、覆盖安徽省域的学分认证与转换体系,由安徽省教育厅发文指定安徽广播电视大学主导建设。作为建设主体,安徽广播电视大学从做好顶层设计、开展关键研究、推进基础试点三方面不断推进安徽终身教育学分银行的建设进程。学分银行建设中的困难已初步清晰,针对困难的解决对策需要逐步给予落实。Credit bank has become a hot topic in the field of lifelong education;the research and exploration at the national and local levels has been conducted in full swing and have achieved success in succession.Anhui lifelong education credit bank is a credit certification and conversion system that focuses on continuing education and covers Anhui Province.It is led by Anhui Provincial Department of Education and designated by Anhui Radio and Television University.As the main body of construction,Anhui Radio and TV University should continue to push forward the construction of Anhui lifelong education credit bank in three aspects:doing top-level design,conducting key research and advancing basic pilot projects.The difficulties in the construction have been initially clear,and the solutions to the problems need to be gradually implemented.
