摘　　要：近年来,部分高职院校尝试提出并实践导师制人才培养新模式。基于提高学生专业核心素养和职业能力的出发点,我们选择泰山职业技术学院应用电子技术专业学生作为实验班,进行专业导师制人才培养模式探索与实践,成效显著。In recent years,some vocational colleges have tried to put forward and practice the new mode of talent cultivation.Based on the starting point of improving students'professional core accomplishment and professional ability,we choose electronic and applied technology profession students of Taishan Polytechnic as experimental classes,To explore and practice the Professional tutorial system,achieve significant results.
