摘　　要：通过对福州大学数理综合班拔尖创新人才培养管理模式的探讨研究,总结人才培养过程中取得的成绩以及存在的不足,探寻有效解决管理制度中存在的问题的可行性办法,完善教学管理制度,做好数理综合班人才培养的重要保障.Through the research on the training management mode of the innovative talent cultivation in the mathematical and physics Innovative class of Fuzhou university,the achievements and shortcomings in the process of talent cultivation are summarized.To explore the feasibility of effective solution to the problems existing in the management system,improve the teaching management system,and make the important guarantee for the training of mathematical and physics Innovative class.
