摘 要:在一台装有电液可变气门的单缸柴油机上,基于喷油正时、内部废气再循环(EGR)和喷油压力的协同控制,对小负荷工况下汽油燃料直喷压燃模式的燃烧特性和排放特性进行了试验研究,并对实现汽油燃料高效清洁稳定低温压燃的控制区间进行了探索研究.内部EGR通过排气门两次开启实现,发动机转速和循环喷油量分别固定为1,500,r/min和28,mg.研究结果表明,基于燃油早喷、较低内部EGR率和较高喷油压力的协同控制可以使汽油在平均指示压力约为0.46,MPa工况下实现高效清洁燃烧.The effects of injection timing,internal exhaust gas recirculation(EGR)and injection pressure on gasoline direct-injection compression ignition combustion and emissions characteristics were studied on a singlecylinder diesel engine equipped with an electrohydraulic variable valve actuator(VVA)system.The operating region for high-efficient,clean and stable gasoline compression ignition combustion was explored and discussed.The internal EGR was achieved by an extra opening of the exhaust valve in the intake process.The study was conducted at an engine speed of 1,500,r/min with the cyclic fuel mass of 28,mg.The results illustrate that the high-efficient and clean gasoline compression ignition combustion can be achieved with the coupling control strategies of early fuel injection timing,low internal EGR rate and high injection pressure at about 0.46,MPa gross indicated mean effective pressure.
