摘 要:从积极心理学研究中的核心概念之一"乐观"为出发点,调查民族高校大学生的乐观倾向,分析可能影响民族高校大学生乐观倾向的因素,以便为民族高校大学生的心理健康教育提供必要的参考。研究工具采用中科院心理所修订过的乐观倾向问卷,调查结果发现被试样本的乐观倾向整体良好,被试样本的乐观倾向在性别上没有差异,在满足性因子和乐观因子的得分上蒙古族大学生高于汉族大学生,且差异显著(P<0.01,P<0.05);本研究在考虑跨文化因素影响的基础上进行了讨论,后续研究要加入必要的质性研究方法,深入挖掘影响民族高校大学生乐观倾向的文化原因,尊重、理解和正视民族差异,更好地开展民族高校大学生心理健康教育工作。In order to provide the necessary reference for the mental health education of college students in ethnic universities.This paper is based on the perspective of“optimism”,one of the core concepts in positive psychology research,to investigate the optimistic tendencies of college students in ethnic university and analyze the factors that may affect the optimism of university students.The research tool adopted the optimistic tendencies questionnaire that revised by the Institute of Psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.The survey found that the overall optimism of the sample students was good.There was no gender difference in the optimism of the sample.The Mongolian college students were higher than the Han college students in the scores of satisfaction factors and optimism factors(P<0.01,P<0.05).This study conducted the discussion,take the effects of cross-cultural factors into consideration,which recommended adding the necessary qualitative research methods,deeply exploring the cultural factors that affects the optimistic tendencies of college students,respecting,understanding and acknowledging ethnic differences,and to better carry out the mental health education for college students in ethnic universities.
