摘　　要：课程教学质量在高职院校人才培养体系中起着举足轻重的作用。很多毕业生存在职业素养欠缺、岗位能力不足、职业规划迷茫等问题,折射出高职院校课程教学与岗位需求脱节的现状。文章从航空发动机制造技术专业课程建设出发,基于深入细致的企业调研,结合多年教学一线实践经验,分析课程教学体系建构和实施过程中的突出问题,提出课程教学体系重构、教学模式改革、教学团队建设、课程评价机制等方面的优化改进建议,以期推动专业课程教学质量及人才培养质量整体提升。The quality of course teaching plays an important role in the talent training system of higher vocational colleges.Many graduates have problems such as lack of professional accomplishment,lack of post ability,confusion of career planning and so on,which reflects the disconnection between curriculum teaching and job demand in higher vocational colleges.Starting from the course construction of aero-engine manufacturing technology specialty,based on the deep and meticulous enterprise investigation,combined with many years teaching practice experience,the paper analyzes the outstanding problems in the course teaching system construction and implementation process.The author puts forward some suggestions on the reconstruction of teaching system,the reform of teaching mode,the construction of teaching team,the mechanism of course evaluation,and so on,in order to promote the quality of professional course teaching and talent training as a whole.
