摘　　要：随着冬季长跑活动在国家政策指导和推动下不断深入,对高校冬季长跑活动的管理模式研究具有重大的现实意义。本研究运用文献、调查、实地考察等方法,发现目前我国高校冬季长跑活动管理理念以强制为主要控制手段,活动管理主体单一,在管理方式上,以手工管理方式为主,在活动评价方面,通过考勤对学生长跑活动进行单向评价和控制,缺乏反馈。针对活动的管理存在的问题,本研究基于人本化、主动化、数字化、精细化、扁平化、经济化、长效化等管理原则,提出以学校引导、社团组织运作、学生主动参与的多元互动型的信息化管理模式。With the winter long-distance running activities development under the guidance and promotion of national policy,it is of great practical significance to study the management model of winter long-distance running in Colleges and universities.This study uses the methods of literature,investigation,on-the-spot investigation to find out that the winter long-distance race activity management ideas in China is mainly based on dominant with single management subjects,with manually management as the main form,and with check-in as the main form of one-way evaluation and control,which are in lack of feedback.Facing the activity management problems,this paper offers multi-interactive information management model with school guided,community operated and students participated based on principles such as humanization,initiation,digitization,refining,flatting,economy and long term development.
