摘　　要：学位与研究生教育是培养复合型高层次人才的重要途径,研究生跨学科培养是改革我国研究生教育的一个重要课题。本文以山东理工大学的交通运输工程专业学位研究生为例,建立一套创新环境下,适应交通运输专业学位研究生在当今创新环境下的培养体系,为本专业更好地培养人才奠定基础,也为成熟的专业学位研究生培养体系创造条件。The education of degree and postgraduate is an important way to cultivate the high level talents of compound type,and the interdisciplinary training of postgraduate students is an important subject of reform of education of Chinese postgraduate students.This article takes Transportation Engineering Major of Shandong University of Technology specialized degree graduate student,for example,to establish an innovative environment,to adapt to the transportation professional degree graduate students in the cultivation of the innovation environment system,fosters the talent of this professional better foundation,also create conditions for mature system of graduate education in professional degree.
