摘　　要：现阶段,随着我国就业压力不断增大,对于高职院校来说,培养学生创业能力是其教育教学活动中的重要内容之一。但是现阶段高职院校对学生创业能力的培养来说,还存在许多问题。对此,本文主要从对高职院校培养学生创业能力的重要意义入手,通过对现阶段高职院校学生创业能力培养中存在问题的分析,提出了在创新型背景下,培养高职院校学生创业能力的有效途径。At this stage,with the increasing pressure of employment in our country,it is one of the important contents in the teaching and training activities for Higher Vocational colleges.But at the present stage,there are still many problems in the cultivation of students'entrepreneurial ability.In this regard,this article mainly from the significance of cultivating students'innovative ability in Higher Vocational Colleges of higher vocational college students through the analysis of the problems existing at the present stage of entrepreneurship training,put forward the innovative background,effective way to cultivate students'entrepreneurial ability in Higher Vocational colleges.
