能力导向的高职院校考试制度创新与学习绩效的实证研究

摘　　要：基于智力理论和创新理论,通过对多所高职院校学生的调研分析,探讨了能力导向的高职院校考试制度创新与学生学习绩效之间的逻辑关系。研究结论表明:第一,能力导向的高职院校考试安排创新对学生学习绩效有着正向的影响;第二,能力导向的高职院校考试方式创新对学生学习绩效有着正向的影响;第三,能力导向的高职院校考试题型创新对学生学习绩效有着正向的影响;第四,能力导向的高职院校考试评估创新对学生学习绩效有着正向的影响。Based on intelligence theory and innovation theory,a survey study is conducted with 416 students from 16 higher vocational colleges,with an aim to explore the relationship between examination innovation and student academic performance.Findings show that four aspects of innovation in examination have positive influence on students’academic performance.The four aspects of innovation include exam arrangement and organization,mode of examination,types of exa m items,and evaluation system.
