摘　　要：TBL(team-based Learning)是基于团队学习的新型教学模式。TBL教学需要组建学生和教师互教互学的TBL教学团队。教学助理作为团队中的重要一员,其具体工作内容却鲜有人提及。笔者秉以认真、细心、负责和主动的态度全程参与TBL助教工作,从课前准备、课中协调和课后总结三大主要内容对TBL助教工作经验进行总分享,以期帮助TBL教学助理顺利完成工作。TBL,standing for team-based learning,is a relatively new teaching method.To further the mutual learning between teachers and students,we need to build a TBL teaching team.Teaching assistants’work is important in the team,whereas few people mentioned the specific work.This article focuses on 3 major parts from the preparation before class,class coordination and experience summary after class.It would be helpful for soon-to-be TBL teaching assistants to finish their job successfully by sharing some personal practical experience.
