摘　　要：随着汽车工业的迅速发展,后市场需要大量的专业人才,为此,很多高职院校均在积极努力地探索新的教育方式。本文对汽车专业人才培养过程中面临的问题及现代学徒制下的人才培养策略进行总结,并从对校企双方职责进行明确、对"半工半读"现代学徒制课程框架进行完善、注重专业专项能力培养、对综合技能进行培养四方面,论述了现代学徒制度下高职汽车专业人才培养的具体实践内容。With the rapid development of the automobile industry,the post-market needs a large number of professional talents.To this end,many higher vocational colleges are actively exploring new ways of education.This paper summarizes the problems faced in the process of training automotive professionals and the talent training strategies under the modern apprenticeship system.It also elaborates the specific practical content for the talent cultivation of higher vocational automobile major in terms of clarifying the responsibilities of both colleges and enterprises,perfecting the framework of the curriculum of modern apprenticeship based on"work-study integration",emphasizing the cultivation of special abilities,and cultivating comprehensive skills.
