摘　　要：顺应健康中国2030对多层次复合型医学人才的需求,同济医学院于2016年开始以职业胜任力为导向的教育模式探索与实践,并建设服务于该培养体系的教学辅助系统。在实验教学中,利用"互联网+"教—学互动平台,以医学知识点为交汇,沿"器官系统"为主线,分多层次、多职业出口的人才培养提供灵活辅助。2017秋季学期以机能学实验Ⅰ为对象,进行辅助实践,获得良好效果。辅助系统为提高整合实验教学质量,促进学生自主性学习与创新探索,加强医学各学科间的融会贯通提供多层次多形式的辅助,并为广泛服务于整合实验教学进行探索与经验积累。Tongji medical education started the competency-oriented cultivating model from 2016,and built a teaching assistant system,to meet the pressing need of Healthy China 2030 for multi-level and multi-occupational medical talents.In the experimental teaching,the use of"Internet+"teaching-learning interactive platform,with medical knowledge as intersection,along the"organ system"as the main line,to provide flexible auxiliary for training multi-level,multidisciplinary talents.The system was opened to students on Functional Experimental during the fall semester 2017 and achieved good results.This system enhanced the quality of integrated experimental teaching,improved students autonomous learning and innovation exploration,strengthen mixture of medical interdisciplinary and to widely serve in the integrated experimental teaching and exploration.
