摘 要:在微生物学实验教学中,运用设疑启发、对比启发及引导分析等启发式教学法活跃学生思维,激发学生学习兴趣,强化记忆所学知识;将科研新技术及成果应用渗透于实验课程,开展学生自主设计性实验,培养学生动手操作能力、独立思考能力和创新意识。实践表明,启发式教学、科研渗透教学及开展开放性实验教学方法能够培养学生学习兴趣,锻炼学生思维方式,提高学生查阅和整理专业文献的能力,提高学生综合素质。In the microbiology experimental teaching,the heuristic teaching methods such as questions inspired,comparison inspired and analysis guided were used to active students’thinking,inspire students’learing interests,and strengthen the memory of what they learned.New scientific technology and research application were combined with the course,and penetrated into self-designed experiments.These experimental courses could train operating ability,independent thinking ability and innovation consciousness of students.It was proved that the teaching methods of heuristic teaching,scientific research penetration and carrying out open self-designed experiments could exercise students’ways of thinking,improve students’ability of access and organization of professional literatures,and enhance integrative diathesis of students.
