摘  要:二肽基肽酶-Ⅳ(DPP-Ⅳ)抑制剂是一类二型糖尿病治疗药物,可通过延缓肠泌素的降解达到控制血糖的效果。该研究对分离自酒醅的酵母菌进行筛选,得到2株具有DPP-Ⅳ抑制活性的酵母菌,命名为菌株J6和J8。通过生理生化反应试验和26S rDNA序列分析对菌株进行鉴定,这两株酵母菌中,J6为酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae),J8为异常威克汉姆酵母(Wickerhamomyces anomalus)。Dipeptidyl peptidase IV(DPP-IV)inhibitors are a class of drugs for the treatment of typeⅡdiabetes,which can achieve the effect of controlling blood sugar by delaying the degradation of incretin.In this study,yeasts isolated from fermented grains were screened and 2 strains J6 and J8 with DPP-IV inhibitory activity were obtained.Strains were identified by physiological and biochemical reaction tests and 26S rDNA sequence analysis.J6 was identified as Saccharomyces cerevisiae,and J8 was identified as Wickerhamomyces anomalus.
