摘 要:采用正交试验对银叶树果壳中单宁的提取工艺进行优化,并研究银叶树果壳单宁对羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和对DPPH自由基的清除作用。结果表明最佳提取工艺条件为丙酮浓度70%、料液比1∶100(g/mL)、温度40℃、时间30 min,单宁得率为7.32%。银叶树果壳单宁对羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和DPPH自由基均有明显的清除作用,且清除率随单宁浓度的增加而增大。Orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process of tannin from Heritiera littoralis shell,scavenging effect of tannin from Heritiera littoralis shell on hydroxyl radical,superoxide radical and DPPH radical were studied as well.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:acetone concentration 70%,solid-to-liquid ratio 1∶100(g/mL),temperature 40℃,extracting time 30 min.Under the conditions,the yield of tannin was 7.32%.Scavenging effects of tannin on hydroxyl radical,superoxide radical and DPPH radical were obvious,and the scavenging rate increased with the increasing tannin concentration.
