摘  要:探究乙醇提取法、超声波法、微波辅助法,3种不同提取方法对紫苏油粕黄酮提取率的影响。结果显示:乙醇提取法的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶30(g/mL),乙醇浓度60%,提取时间30 min,提取率可达1.97%;超声波法的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶30 (g/mL),乙醇浓度60%,超声功率600 W,超声时间30 min,提取率可达2.90%;微波辅助法的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶20 (g/mL),乙醇浓度60%,微波功率500 W,提取时间11 min,提取率可达3.04%。从提取率、提取液用量、时间等方面进行比较分析:微波辅助法优于超声波法和乙醇法,超声波法又优于乙醇法。The effect of alcohol extraction method,ultrasonic extraction method and microwave extraction method on the extraction yield of perilla oil meal flavonoids were compare,.The results showed that the optimum conditions of the ethanol extraction were as follow:ethanol concentration 60%,ratio of material to liquid,1∶30(g/mL),extraction time 30 min.The yield of flavonoids was 1.97%under these conditions.The optimum conditions of the ultrasonic extraction were as follow:ethanol concentration 60%,ratio of material to liquid 1∶30(g/mL),ultrasonic power 600 W,extraction time 30 min.The yield of fl avonoids was 2.90%.The optimum conditions of the microwave extraction were as follow:ethanol concentration 60%,ratio of material to liquid 1∶20(g/mL),microwave power 500 W,extraction time 11 min.The yield of fl avonoids was 3.04%.Comparing three extraction methods from the extraction yield,ethanol dosage,extraction time,the microwave extraction methods was superior to the others,the ultrasonic extraction method was better than the ethanol extraction method.
