摘 要:"香茶"起源于浙江,是在传统炒青绿茶加工工艺基础上改进的优质绿茶。本文以浙江省农业厅的"香茶"生产情况调查品种相关数据为基础,对其主要茶树原料品种的类别、地理分布、采摘期与结构分布进行了系统的分析。结果如下:"香茶"生产原料品种有10余个,以鸠坑种、白叶1号、龙井43、乌牛早、迎霜为主,均为适制浙江绿茶的中小叶种。"香茶"产区以丽水市、武义县、柯桥区为主。浙江"香茶"各品种的采摘集中在4月-9月,以5月份为主,乌牛早、白叶1号、迎霜三个品种有着较长的生产周期。特早生、早生、中生类茶树品种栽培面积分别占"香茶"茶树原料主要品种面积的33. 48%、14. 65%、49. 55%。结合"香茶"品种的分析,本文就"香茶"适制品种的标准化、品种结构优化进行了一些思考。Originated in Zhejiang province,fragrant tea is quality green tea based on improvement of the traditional roasted green tea processing technology.Based on the data of the fragrant tea varieties from Zhejiang Agricultural Department,this article systematically analyses the types,geographical distribution,picking period and structure distribution of the main tea varieties.The results are as follows:There are more than 10 kinds of raw materials for the production of fragrant tea,such as Jiukeng species,Baiye 1,Longjing43,Wuniuzao and Yingshuang,which are mainly small and medium leaf species suitable for making Zhejiang green tea.Fragrant tea is mainly produced in Lishui city,Wuyi county,Keqiao county.The harvest of Zhejiang fragrant tea varieties was concentrated in April-September,mainly in May.The three varieties of Wuniuzao,Baiye 1 and Yingshuang have a longer production cycle.The cultivation area of the special early sprouting variety,early sprouting variety and medium sprouting variety accounted for 33.46%,14.65%and 49.55%of the main varieties of the tea raw materials,respectively.Based on the analysis of fragrant tea varieties,this paper makes some reflections on the standardization of the suitable varieties of fragrant tea and the optimization of varieties structure.
