项目驱动及研究型教学法在果蔬贮藏加工学中的应用

摘　　要：将项目驱动教学法引入到果蔬贮藏加工学教学中,培育了研究型的教学环境,提高了学生的创造性,本文系统阐述了研究型和项目驱动教学法的实施方案、教学效果以及存在的问题,并提出了对策。Project driven teaching method was applied to the teaching of"Storage and Processing of Fruits and Vegetables"course,research-based teaching environment was constructed,the creativity of students was improved.This paper expounded the implementation scheme,teaching effect,problems and countermeasures of this teaching method.
