教师继续教育与专业发展的实证研究——基于对Z市教师的问卷调查

摘  要:对562名幼儿园和中小学教师的问卷调查显示,当前Z市教师继续教育与专业发展的总体态势较好,具体表现为:继续教育做到了全员覆盖;教师培训的总体满意度较高,培训成效较好;绝大部分教师都积极主动地参加各类培训进修活动,并在专业发展上具有较高的追求。同时调查也发现了培训针对不足、教师工学矛盾突出、教师存在职业倦怠等问题。针对这些问题提出三项政策建议:充分调研培训需求,切实提升培训针对性;缓解教师工作压力,解决工学矛盾问题;重视中年教师的职业倦怠,开拓其专业发展空间。A questionnaire survey of 562 teachers from kindergartens and primary and secondary schools shows that the overall situation of teacher continuing education and professional development in Z City is better at present,including:continuing education has achieved full coverage,the overall satisfaction of teacher training is higher with better eff ects of training,and most teachers actively participate in various training activities with a higher pursuit of professional development.Meanwhile,the questionnaire survey also reveals some problems such as lack of targeted training,outstanding contradiction between teachers’working and learning,and teachers’burnout.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward three policy suggestions:fully investigating the needs of training to enhance training pertinence;relieving teachers’working load to solve the contradiction between working and learning;and accentuating the problems with young and middle-aged teachers’burnout to expand their professional developmental space.
