摘  要:"教学做合一"是陶行知师范教育改革的核心概念,在实践中有非常具体的表现,对当今的高校教师教育改革有很大的启示。江苏省T学院准确把握"教学做合一"的思想精髓,勇于探索和改革,学院的小学教育专业建立起了完整的实践教学体系:全方位实现"教学做合一"、实行"4+1"跟岗见习;共学共教共做。T学院的人才培养模式得到了广泛认可。“Combination of teaching,learning and doing”is one of the core concepts of Tao Xing-zhi's teacher education reform thought,which has great enlightenment to the current college teachers’education reform.Under the guidance of the education thought of“teaching and doing one”,T College of Jiangsu Province has been braved in exploring and reforming to establish a complete practical teaching system for primary education,which realized“combination of teaching,learning and doing”in all aspects.In this teacher education practice teaching system,we implemented the“4+1”follow-up probation,strengthening the joint education with primary schools.At the same time,the primary school teachers and the normal students were also both friends and teacher,teaching,learning and doing together.The training of normal school students in T College has been highly appraised and widely accepted.
