摘 要:辅导员是大学生的知心朋友、人生导师,承担着大学生的思想政治教育、素质教育、职业生涯规划等工作,其工作效能直接影响着高职院校人才培养质量。构建目标明确、职责清晰、奖惩分明的高职院校辅导员职业化激励机制,能有效挖掘辅导员的潜能,发挥辅导员的个人天赋和主观能动性。通过完善培训、提高薪酬、拓宽发展,帮助辅导员进一步明确自身专业化和职业化方向,激发辅导员的工作热情,提高辅导员的工作效率,从而提升辅导员的整体素质。Counselors are the intimate friends and life teachers of college students.They undertake the ideological and political education,quality education and career planning for college students,and their work efficiency directly affects the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.The incentive mechanism of the counselors’professionalization in higher vocational colleges can be formulated by clear objectives,responsibilities,and rewards and punishments scheme,which can effectively explore counselors’potential and give full play to personal talents and subjective initiative of the counselors.Through perfecting training,increasing salary,and broadening development,counselors are assisted to further clarify their specialism and professionalism,stimulate their work enthusiasm,improve their work efficiency,and thus promote the overall quality of counselors.
