摘 要:文章首先介绍了我国党和政府在以现代远程教育提升教育公平方面提供的政策支持,具体涉及萌发阶段、工程探索阶段和优质数字资源共享阶段。随后,文章分析了我国从国家层面开展的四项大型的促进教育公平的现代远程教育工程,包括:农村中小学现代远程教育工程、"教学点数字教育资源全覆盖"项目、"一师一优课、一课一名师"活动以及全国高校网络培训与教育工程。最后,文章对以现代远程教育提升教育公平的过去、现在和未来进行了探讨。文章从国家层面提炼的以现代远程教育提升教育公平的政策支持和创新实践经验,对于地方开展具体的现代远程教育具有指导价值,并为通过教育信息化全面推动教育现代化积累了宝贵的经验。Firstly,the policy support provided by our party and government in promoting education equity with modern distance education was introduced,which involved the germination stage,engineering exploration stage and high-quality digital resource sharing stage.Then,four large-scale modern distance education projects to promote educational equity from the national level were analyzed,which included modern distance education project in rural primary and middle school,“the full coverage of digital education resources at teaching point”project,“a teacher for an optimal lesson,a lesson with a top teacher”activity,the national university network training and education project.Finally,the past,present and future of promoting educational equity with modern distance education were discussed.The policy support and innovative practical experience of promoting educational equity with modern distance education,which were extracted from national level in this paper,had guiding value for the local carrying out concrete modern distance education,and accumulated valuable experience for fully promoting education modernization through educational informationization.
