摘  要:在医学检验专业实习生进入检验科实习阶段,将ISO15189质量体系要素融入临床路径教学方法,在免疫学检验实习带教过程中进行教学尝试,培养学生独立操作、发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力,培养其综合运用检验和临床知识的能力,以及与临床医患沟通的能力。将ISO15189质量体系要素融入免疫检验常见病例的临床路径,既引导学生关注影响检验结果的各个环节,又能在临床路径案例中分析相关结果的临床实用价值,训练学生从检验和临床的角度全面分析问题,有助于拓宽学生的知识范围,帮助学生形成系统全面的实验诊断思路,从而提高检验医学实习生的综合素质。When interns in medical laboratory enter the clinical laboratory for internship,teaching method of elements of ISO15189 quality system are integrated into clinical pathway in the process of immunological examination teaching in order to cultivate students'ability of independent operating,finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.It also aimed to cultivate students'ability to comprehensively apply the laboratory tests and clinical knowledge,as well as the ability of clinical doctorpatient communication.The clinical pathway elements of ISO15189 quality system are incorporated into the common cases of immunological tests,which guides the students to not only focus on each aspect affecting the test results,but also analyze the clinical practical value of the results.It can train students'ability of comprehensive analysis from the angle of laboratory and clinical to help students form comprehensive laboratory diagnostic way of thinking.It is helpful to widen the range of students'knowledge,help students form a systematic and comprehensive idea of laboratory diagnosis,so as to improve the comprehensive quality of laboratory medicine interns.
