摘　　要：功能性低聚糖由于具有独特功效,目前作为益生元、食品添加剂、饲料添加剂广泛应用于食品和饲料行业。近年来我国以低聚木糖、低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖为代表的功能性低聚糖发展迅猛,市场潜力巨大,但也存在品种单一、生产技术落后、产业化程度不高等问题。通过对我国功能性低聚糖产业整体发展现状,以及主要功能性低聚糖的产业化现状的分析,为相关研究者提供参考。Functional oligosaccharides are widely used in health products,food and feed industries as probiotics,food additives and feed additives due to their unique efficacy.In recent years,functional oligosaccharides,such as xylooligosaccharides,fructooligosaccharides and isomaltooligosaccharides,have developed rapidly in China and have great market potential.However,there are still some problems,such as single varieties,backward production technology and low degree of industrialization.In this paper,the overall development status of functional oligosaccharide industry in China and the industrialization status of major functional oligosaccharides will be analyzed to provide reference for relevant researchers.
