小麦啤酒生产工艺关键控制点的研究

摘　　要：本文以小麦啤酒生产工艺为例,对小麦啤酒的生产工艺进行一个简要的介绍与分析,探究了小麦啤酒的生产工艺的特点的及其关键控制点容易出现的问题和解决方法。通过综述目前生产线的关键点的研究成果,以期针对小麦啤酒生产过程中出现的原料选择、使用水、过滤困难、成品稳定性等方面提出解决方案。In this paper,a brief introduction and analysis of wheat beer production process are made on the basis of an example of wheat beer production process.The characteristics of wheat beer production process and its key control points are discussed,as well as the problems and solutions.This paper summarizes the research results of the key points in the production line at present,in order to put forward the solutions to the selection of raw materials,the use of water,the difficulty of filtration and the stability of the finished products in the process of wheat beer production.
