摘  要:从动态比较的视角,对弹性福利制度实施前后,员工福利满意度、工作满意度、工作投入和组织承诺之间的内在关系展开理论与实证研究。企业可以通过科学合理的弹性福利制度的设计来改善员工福利满意度并提升整体的工作满意度,从而影响员工的工作投入和组织承诺,最终创造更具竞争力的组织绩效。From the perspective of dynamic comparison,theoretical and empirical studies were conducted on the intrinsic relationship between employee welfare satisfaction,job satisfaction,job commitment,and organizational commitment before and after the implementation of the flexible welfare system.Enterprises can improve employee welfare satisfaction and improve overall job satisfaction through the design of a scientific and rational flexible welfare system,thereby affecting employees'work commitment and organizational commitment,and ultimately creating more competitive organizational performance.
