摘 要:近年来,师德失范事件频频发生,已然引发社会和公众的普遍忧虑。师德自觉是教师执业的资格前提和师道尊严的事实基础。师德自觉不是凭空产生的,有其自身的历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑。使命大德时有弱化、岗位小德偶有缺失和职业底线常有失守是当下师德自觉的实践短板。"保障政治地位,强化使命大德"、"提升社会地位,夯实岗位小德"和"提高职业地位,筑牢职业底线"是培育师德自觉的实践路径。I n recent years,the frequent occurrence of teachers'moral misconduct has caused widespread concern in the society and among the public.Teachers'moral consciousness is the prerequisite for their qualifications of teaching and the factual basis for teachers'dignity.Teachers'moral consciousness does not arise out of nothing,but has its own historical logic,theoretical logic and practice logic.The weakening of mission morality,the occasional lack of post morality and the frequent loss of professional bottom line are the practice short boards of teachers'moral consciousness at present."Ensuring political status and strengthening mission morality","enhancing social status and strengthening post morality"and"improving professional status and holding professional bottom line"are the practice paths to cultivate teachers'moral consciousness.
