摘　　要：清远职业技术学院药品经营与管理专业现代学徒制,从招生模式、"双主体"人才培养机制、"双课程"体系、校企"双导师"团队、教学资源建设、实践教学条件建设、教学组织与管理、自我诊断及改进机制等方面进行了实践,提出了实践中存在的问题及对策。The modern apprenticeship system of Drug Business and Management has been practiced in Qingyuan Polytechnic, including the enrolment mode, the double subject training mechanism, the construction of double curriculum system, the construction of double tutor team of school and enterprise, the construction of teaching resources, the construction of practical teaching conditions, teaching organization and management, self- diagnosis and improvement mechanism. The problems and countermeasures in practice have been put forward.
