摘　　要：40年改革开放是中国共产党引领中国人民走向繁荣富强的伟大创举,是中国共产党向世界表明其正确领导和坚强领导的历史宣言,是中国人民由站起来、富起来走向强起来的光辉历程,是中华民族向世界昭示发展中国家走向国富民强道路的又一重要选项,是中国共产党不忘初心、牢记使命的本质体现。40年改革开放以真理标准问题大讨论为逻辑起点,是中国人民以科学社会主义基本原则为理论逻辑、以马克思主义基本原理与中国国情相结合的现实必然性和规律性为历史逻辑、以中国特色社会主义发展进程中的方向性规范和必然性准则为实践逻辑、以中国共产党人集体智慧为思想基础而艰苦奋斗的必然结果。回溯40年改革开放的逻辑起点,总结40年改革开放的发展逻辑,对于新时代全面深化改革、促进伟大事业发展有着十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。40 years of reform and opening up is a great pioneering adventure of the Communist Party of China(CPC) to lead the Chinese people to prosperity, and a historical declaration that the CPC has demonstrated its correct and strong leadership. It is the Chinese people’s splendid history of standing up and becoming richer and stronger, and another important way for China to show the world how developing countries could reach prosperity. It is the essence of the CPC’s never forgetting its original heart and keeping its mission in mind. 40-year reform and opening up takes the discussion of the standard of truth as a logical starting point, and it is the inevitable result of Chinese people’s 40-year hard work of regarding the basic principles of scientific socialism as the theoretical logic, the realistic necessity and regularity of combining the basic principles of Marxism with China’s national conditions as the historical logic, the directional norms and inevitable norms in the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the practical logic, and finally, the collective wisdom of Chinese communists as the ideological basis.Backtracking and exploring the logical starting point of 40-year reform and opening up, as well as summarizing and excavating its development logic, is of great theoretical and practical significance for comprehensively deepening reforms and promoting the development of great undertakings in the new era.
