现代学徒制模式下高职院校校企合作课程资源开发路径研究

摘　　要：现代学徒制的规模效应正在逐渐形成,作为现代学徒制模式的核心要素——课程资源建设而言,亟须打破传统的课程资源开发形式。通过调研发现高职院校在校企合作课程资源开发过程中,具备"高职院校校企合作课程资源开发基础较好、校企合作过程中企业资源共享开放性较大、现代学徒制模式更有利于实现校企合作课程资源开发"等优势。但同时存在"课程资源开发的参与意识不高、课程资源开发的条件保障不够、课程资源开发的经费投入不足"等问题。在分析现代学徒制校企合作课程资源开发的必要性以及开发原则的基础上,从"打造校企合作课程资源开发共同体,优化主体供给;借助"互联网+"课程资源开发方式,提高开发效率;建立校企课程资源开发质量诊改机制,保障过程供给"三个方面提出了相应的路径。The scale effect of the modern apprenticeship system is gradually being formed.As the core element of the modern apprenticeship mode--the construction of curriculum resources,it is imperative to break the traditional form of curriculum resource development.Through research,it is found that the curriculum resources development by school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges have advantages as follows:"the basis for the development of school-enterprise cooperation course resources in higher vocational colleges is good,the openness of enterprise resource sharing in the process of school-enterprise cooperation is relatively large,and the modern apprenticeship system is more conducive to the realization of school-enterprise cooperation course resource development."However,from the existing practice,it is also found that there are still some problems,such as"the low awareness of participation,insufficient guarantees and insufficient funding for the development of curriculum resources."On the basis of analyzing the necessity and development principles of the development of modern apprenticeship by school-enterprise cooperative curriculum resources,this paper has put forward the corresponding path from three aspects:"creating a school-enterprise cooperative curriculum resource development community to optimize the supply of the main body";improving the efficiency with the help of"Internet+"curriculum resource development method;establishing a school-enterprise curriculum resource development quality diagnosis and correction mechanism to ensure the process supply.
