摘　　要：通过MOOC理念植入实践类教学课程,实现专业综合实验的教学改革和创新。根据食品质量与安全类专业科学特点和MOOC的理念,重组和挖掘了"食品质量与安全专业综合实验"课程的教学资源,实现了教学体系模块化系统化;搭建了虚拟平台,实现了资源可在线学习、可共享;采用"虚实结合"、"线上线下互动"的教学组织方式,实现了实验课程的信息化教学。The comprehensive experiment of food quality and safety specialty is reformed and innovated by applying the concept of MOOC into practical courses. According to the characteristics of the food quality and safety specialty and the concept of MOOC, we reorganize and search teaching resources to have modular and systematic design for teaching system;we construct a virtual flat to realize resources online learning and sharing;we adopt the teaching organization pattern of virtual-reality combination and online-offline interaction to have a informationalized teaching in the practical courses.
