摘　　要：基于对学生满意度的调查分析,进一步完善院校教育与住院医师规范化培训紧密结合的培养体系,以提高中医学专业学位研究生临床能力为目标,探索通过规范的临床轮科及临床培训,课程学习和临床实践的有机结合,强化专业学位硕士研究生临床实践能力培训。Based on the survey on the students'satisfaction degrees,training system of college education integrating with standardized residents training could be improved further,by taking raising clinical ability of TCM-majored master degree candidates as the goal,the training for clinical practice ability of professional master degree candidates could be enhanced by exploring standardized clinical round and clinical training,the organism combination of course studying and clinical practice.
