摘　　要：在中医现代化及国际化大背景下,从学生因素、教师因素、教材因素及教学模式等方面分析探讨中医院校《推拿学》全英文教学中面临的问题和挑战。根据留学生的差异化特性对教育教学方案进行调整,优化教育教学方案,推进《推拿学》全英文教材建设及教学改革,搭建网络平台,制定教师储备及师资评价考核体系,从而促进《推拿学》全英文教学工作。This paper analyzed the problems and challenges in the teaching of Tuina in English for overseas students in university of traditional chinese medicine from the aspects of student factors,teacher factors,teaching materials and teaching modes.We will adjust the education and teaching programs,optimize the education and teaching programs,promote the construction of English textbooks and teaching reforms in Tuina according to the different characteristics of overseas students,and build a network platform,formulate a teacher reserve and teacher evaluation system to promote the teaching of Tuina in English.
