摘　　要：遗传学是生命科学专业的核心课程,而遗传学实验是遗传学教学的一个重要组成部分。遗传学相关的知识和技术不断更新,实验教学也应与时俱进。笔者结合教学实践,通过优化遗传学实验教学内容和模式,完善考核方式,以期提高教学质量,提升学生的综合素质,培养优秀的生命科学人才。Genetics is the core curriculum of life science,and genetics experiment is an important part of genetics teaching.The knowledge and technology of genetics are constantly updated,and experimental teaching should also keep pace with the times.In order to improve teaching quality,promote comprehensive quality of students and train outstanding talents in life science,we made some reforms of the teaching contents and methods as well as assessment mode of genetics experiment according to the practical teaching experience.
