摘　　要：黑龙江职业学院动漫制作技术专业与凤凰卫视集团校企合作,开展现代学徒制人才培养,以"产教融合、工学一体、校内顶岗"形式,开展高职动漫人才培养办学模式。Heilongjiang Polytechnic animation production technology specialty and Phoenix Satellite TV Group makes school-enterprise cooperation to carry out modern apprenticeship personnel training,in the form of“integration of industry and education,integration of work and learning,on-campus post”,and to carry out higher vocational animation personnel training mode.
