供给侧结构性改革下高职院校学生创新能力培养研究

摘　　要：从高职教育供给侧结构性改革的内涵和目标出发,在分析当前高职院校学生创新能力培养存在的问题的基础上,提出从学生创新能力维度、供给侧导向,以及校企合作、师资水平等方面来加强对高职院校学生创新能力的培养,以满足经济发展、结构调整和产业转型对创新型人才的需求。Starting from the connotation and objectives of the supply-side structural reform of higher vocational education and based on the analysis of the existing problems in the cultivation of students’innovative ability in higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes to strengthen the cultivation of students’innovative ability in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of students’innovative ability dimension,supply-side orientation,school-enterprise cooperation and teachers’level,so as to meet the needs for new talents of economic development,structural adjustment and industrial transformation.
