摘　　要：本文以学生为视角,从我校"拔尖计划"最需要完善的方面和最让其满意的方面,以及国内高等教育和国外高等教育的显著差别等问卷结果分析谈起,结合新时代习近平教育思想中的教师观和学生观,在拔尖人才培养方面探索中国特色高等教育发展范式任重道远。This article analyzes and researches the results of questionnaires from Jilin University and graduated "top-notch students" on the most needed aspects and the most satisfying aspects of the school’s "Everest Plan", as well as the significant differences between domestic higher education and foreign higher education. Combining Teacher and Student Views in Xi Jinping’s Educational Thought in the New Era. Exploring the Paradigm of Higher Education with Chinese Characteristics in Training Topnotch Talents.
