摘　　要："一带一路"背景下,我国高职院校人才培养面临着全新的发展机遇和现实挑战。通过全面分析"一带一路"倡议对我国高职院校发展的影响,指出当前高职院校在国际化人才培养方面存在的问题,提出应从强化开放意识、开展深层次合作、加强师资队伍建设、扩大国际化人才培养范围、提升国际化人才培养层次等方面,来促进高职院校国际化人才的培养,从而为新形势下高职院校创新发展提供参考和借鉴。Under the background of "The Belt and Road", talents training in higher vocational colleges in China is facing new opportunities and challenges. By analyzing the influence of "The Belt and Road" on the development of higher vocational colleges in China, this paper finds out the problems existing in the training of internationalized talents in higher vocational colleges. On this basis, it puts forward countermeasures to promote the development of higher vocational colleges from the following aspects: strengthening the awareness of opening-up, developing deep cooperation, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, expanding the scope of internationalized talents training and improving the training level of internationalized talents. It provides reference for the innovation and development of higher vocational colleges under the new situation.
